Can I return or exchange my order?

We’re confident that you’ll love the products in our range as much as we do, so we’re happy to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you aren’t satisfied with the products you’ve purchased for any reason, please inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the package and return all items in the package to us at your own cost. As long as the returned package arrives at our warehouse within 30 days of your purchase, we will provide a full refund. The refund will be processed within three working days of the date that we receive the returned package.

If you don’t meet the conditions above but are unhappy with the products you’ve purchased, we will offer a store credit once the products are returned to our warehouse.

We do not offer product exchanges.

Do you deliver internationally?

At this stage, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.

 What payment types do you offer?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay as well as payment by Afterpay.

 How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will generally arrive within three working days, but please allow five working days for delivery to rural addresses. 

What are your delivery fees?

We charge $10.00 for standard delivery within New Zealand. 

Are the products in your packages suitable for babies with sensitive skin?

Every single product in our packages is natural and gentle on baby skin. My little girl has particularly sensitive skin and had no adverse reaction to any of the products, but we recommend consulting a medical practitioner before using the products in our range.

 Are the products in your packages made in New Zealand?

Where possible, we always source products made in New Zealand. However, we sometimes source products from overseas if there isn’t a suitable product manufactured locally.
