Returns and Refund Policy

We’re confident that you’ll love the products in our range as much as we do, so we’re happy to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you aren’t satisfied with the products you’ve purchased for any reason, please inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the package and return all items in the package to us at your own cost. As long as the returned package arrives at our warehouse within 30 days of your purchase, we will provide a full refund. The refund will be processed within three working days of the date that we receive the returned package.

For fast processing of your return, please ensure that you retain the original packaging, including the My Little Miracle box.

If you don’t meet the conditions above but are unhappy with the products you’ve purchased, we can offer a store credit once the products are returned to our warehouse. We are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and working with our suppliers to assist with warranty claims. Please note items that require repair or assessment by a 3rd party can take several weeks to be processed.

For the fast processing of your return, please ensure the following:

  • You provide the original packaging (if you still have it)
  • You accurately describe the fault or damage (this will ensure our repair agents can reproduce the fault or error)
  • You attach clear photographs of the damage

We do not offer product exchanges.
